Serving Retirees & New York
We organized in 2014 when New York City Transit Guardians and the Council of Retired Police merged. We are retired law enforcement officers from local, state or federal agencies where their offices were in New York State.

Our goal is to stock library shelves and rolling book carts that will be accessed by incarcerated youth in New York City through various local library systems. Education
